Meet Georgia:

Evidence based registered Nutritionist, Trainee Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Published Medical Author, and Advocate for Women’s Health, and a personal trainer

I’m a passionate advocate for helping other women flourish in their health and well-being.

Over the years, I’m proud to have worked with hundreds of women navigating the challenges of PCOS, menopause, and disordered eating. My approach is grounded in evidence-based care and a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological barriers that so often come with health struggles.

Hi, I’m Georgia!

  • Registered Nutritionist (ANutr) with expertise in PCOS, menopause, and disordered eating.

  • Published author in the European Journal of Nutrition, contributing to cutting-edge research in women’s health.

  • Featured expert in Women’s Health magazine, offering insights on the relationship between menopause and disordered eating.

  • Public speaker on topics like nutrition, women’s health, and emotional well-being.

  • Co-host of the Beautifully Fierce podcast, where I explore meaningful conversations about food, body image, and health.

MY CREDENTIALS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

My own experiences with hormonal health and the pressures of diet culture have shaped my understanding of what women face daily. I know how overwhelming it can feel to untangle the noise of societal expectations, conflicting advice, and internal doubt.

That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to creating spaces where women and coaches alike feel equipped to take meaningful steps forward. Together, we focus on sustainable, compassionate strategies that empower lasting change.
